DUBAI – Azizi Developments is set to enter Sharjah with Azizi Florence, a Dh30 billion master-planned community featuring more than 10,000 residential units across villas, townhouses and apartments.

The Dubai-based developer will unveil the project at an exclusive event at Conrad Hotel, Dubai, on 10 September. The development marks Azizi’s first project in Sharjah and expands its growing UAE portfolio beyond Dubai.

The freehold community will comprise 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and 3,500 apartments. Three-bedroom townhouses will start from Dh1.89 million, priced at Dh850 per square foot of sellable area.

Azizi Florence

Azizi Florence is planned as an integrated destination combining residential, retail, hospitality, education, leisure and wellness facilities. At its centre will be a 1.7 million-square-foot Central Park, providing a major landscaped focal point for the community.

The development will be divided into six residential clusters. Each cluster is planned to include its own park, clubhouse, community centre and landscaped gardens, creating a range of shared spaces alongside the residential properties.

Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Group, said returning to Sharjah after more than three decades was deeply meaningful, describing the emirate as his first home in the UAE and an important part of his journey.

“With Azizi Florence, we are proud to bring back that connection through a community designed for families, wellbeing and a high quality of life,” he said.

Growing portfolio

Azizi Florence will join the developer’s portfolio of major Dubai projects, including Burj Azizi, Azizi Riviera and Azizi Venice. The company said it has delivered more than 45,000 homes to investors and end users from more than 100 nationalities.

Azizi currently has approximately 150,000 units under construction, with its development portfolio valued at several tens of billions of US dollars. Its vertically integrated model covers design, procurement, construction management and project delivery.

Among its major developments is Burj Azizi on Sheikh Zayed Road, which is planned to become the world’s second-tallest skyscraper. The company also has projects across MBR City, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai South and Downtown Jebel Ali.

With Azizi Florence, the developer is extending its master-planned community portfolio into Sharjah, with the project positioned as its largest master community to date.
